Llano Regional Hospital is inviting community input on services, facilities, and patient care experiences to inform future operations and investments. Members of the community are invited to provide their feedback via an online survey available through October 15.
“The hospital has been through a number of changes over the last several years, including a transition to local management, investing in new resources, and ensuring stability for the years ahead,” said Linda Walker, MBA, CEO, Llano Regional Hospital. “While we have more upgrades underway and plans for more in the future, feedback informs how we secure the hospital for the future.”
Feedback is directly compared to previous surveys to gauge sentiment. Questions focus on the community’s awareness of services and satisfaction with care.
The community survey is an element of a larger, ongoing initiative through HealthConnect, a third-party research and strategic planning organization with funding from Texas Mutual. Their initiatives focus primarily on Texas rural hospitals, connecting local officials, business leaders, and citizens with hospital and healthcare leaders to guide strategic planning and address needs.
“Llano Regional Hospital is everyone’s hospital, and this citizens’ survey demonstrates our intention to do even more to serve the community and be here for decades to come.” said David Wilmann, Llano Regional Hospital Board Chair. “With strong, insightful community feedback, we can continue growing in the areas we’ve targeted and set additional guidance by what our community sees as value.”
The citizens’ survey is open until October 15, and every community citizen is invited to participate. Responses are anonymous and will be aggregated to help Llano Regional Hospital identify areas of opportunity for greater community engagement and investment.
