Job Title: [IT Technician] (Full-Time /Part-Time)
Location: Llano Regional Hospital – Llano, Texas
Llano Regional Hospital is currently seeking a qualified IT Technician to provide technical support for hospital and clinic operations. The IT Technician will assist with maintaining hardware, software, network systems, telecommunications, and user support services across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, phones, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
- Support hospital information systems and office software applications
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Assist with cybersecurity measures, updates, and data protection procedures
- Document issues and resolutions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT support when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology preferred
- Prior IT support experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
