Job Title: Pharmacist-in-Charge (Part-Time)

Position Summary
Llano Regional Hospital is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations within our hospital. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Ensure safe, effective, and efficient preparation, dispensing, and management of medications.

Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory control.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Provide guidance and supervision to pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge with accountability for all pharmacy-related activities and reporting requirements.
Qualifications

Required: Current and active license as a Pharmacist in the State of Texas.

Experience: Pharmacy experience preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
