Position Summary: The Controller will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the hospital’s financial health. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee financial planning and budgeting. 

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts. 

• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies. 

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. 

• Collaborate with department heads on financial performance. 

• Develop financial strategies and mentor finance staff. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred. 

• 5+ years of financial management experience in healthcare are required. 

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accounting principles. 

• Proficient in financial software and Excel. 

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
